Care Forms + Policies

| Prior to obtaining LHC service, you will need to assemble information about all of your animals and emergency contacts. A packet containing forms to collect this information will be brought by your LHC associate during your initial service set-up visit or are available on this site via the links on the right. NOTE: we do NOT share this information with anyone (except the appropriate people you've authorized in the event of an emergency). • Every horse is a being worthy of our best attention and will receive our utmost in excellent care. No exceptions. • All clients are scheduled on a first come - first served basis. Call to schedule service as far enough in advance as possible so we can be sure to fit you into our schedule! • Click here for the optimal time frame for scheduling service. • We ask to observe your routine handling for any or all horses you wish for us to handle. • Bounced checks = legal collection and cancellation of all future service. • In any emergency we will always attempt to contact you first using the information you provide for us, and then contact those you have assigned to fill in for you should that be necessary - please be thorough and precise when filling in your Care Forms. |
